Eligibility for Return & Refund
We offer a 2-day return policy (from the date of delivery) only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned with the invoice/order confirmation.
⚠️ Important:
Returns or refunds will not be accepted without a proper unboxing video.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any refund or return request, a complete unboxing video is compulsory. The video must clearly show:
The sealed package before opening
The full opening process (without cuts or pauses)
The visible defect, damage, or incorrect item (if any)
This ensures transparency and helps us resolve your concern quickly and fairly.

Once approved:
You will receive a confirmation email.
The refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the item is confirmed as defective or incorrect, we will guide you through the return process accordingly.
Exchange / Replacement
Replacement requests (for damaged or defective products only) will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Orders placed during sales or promotional offers
Products purchased using discount codes
